Getting Started Guide for Affiliates

Welcome to the Hoseasons affiliate program, here you will find a step by step guide on how to join us and start earning commission.

Signup

Click the “Sign up Today” link on the Home page of partners.hoseasons.co.uk.

Complete the signup form in full and agree to our terms and conditions before clicking “Send in my application”.

We will then review your application and make a decision within 3 working days, after this time you will receive an email letting us know our decision. Should your application of been accepted the email will include your new username and password for the Hoseasons affiliate program.

Login

Go to partners.hoseasons.co.uk
Enter your Username (CD??) and password which we have allocated to you into the relevant boxes in the top right of our website.

Providing you have entered your details correctly you should now be logged into your secure area of our affiliate interface.

Adding Creative

To start earning commission you will need to decide which product(s) you would like to promote and add a piece of tracked creative to your website.

Click on the “My Campaigns” Tab.

Here you will find a list of our products including a description and what type of affiliate campaign each product is.
Once you have chosen which product you would like to focus on first click the product name.

You will now be presented with a list of the creative available for this product, hover your mouse over the “Creative #” for a preview.
Once you find a piece of creative that you would like to embed into your website, click the corresponding “Click Code” link.

A text field will now appear with the HTML code that you will need to use to embed this creative into your site, once this is in place and the creative is successfully showing on your website you will start earning commission from sales referred via click throughs from that banner.

You can deploy as many pieces of creative as you wish, if you require Hoseasons content we can provide you with access to our data feeds and API.

Checking Your Statistics and Commission Earned

Once you have deployed your creative and referring sales you will want to check your statistics and commission break down.

Click “Statistics” on the navigation bar.

Choose your product campaign or choose to look at “All Campaigns”

Select your date range
Click “Display stats”
This screen will give a summary of the impressions, clicks, sales etc for the chosen campaign(s)

By clicking on the campaign name you will see a breakdown of the sales achieved.

Managing Your Account

If you wish to change your personal details, change payment information, add new websites to your account, change your password, delete your account, change your notification option or view our affiliate programmes terms and conditions.
